Background

Paul is a chief growth officer at Acacia, a climate fintech that offers innovative solutions to create positive financial and environmental outcomes. With over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, change management, and strategic communication, Paul is passionate about empowering people to make informed decisions that align with their values and goals. He holds a graduate diploma in environmental planning from the University of Tasmania and has completed the Oxford Impact Investing Programme.

Paul is also an advisor for various organisations and initiatives that focus on social and environmental issues, such as Climate Energy Finance, Climate Pooled Fund on International Energy, and others. He supports teams to drive impact and engagement and deliver solutions across different sectors and regions. Previously, he was the National Director (CEO) of GetUp for seven years and corporate campaigner with the Wilderness Society. Paul believes in the power of collaboration, innovation, and creativity to make a difference in the world.
